Hangzhou Smile Stationery was founded on 29 April 2003 by Michelle Wang and her brother Bill. We make ballpoint, advertising and gift pens in Fenshui, a town in Tonglu county known across China as the hometown of the ballpoint pen.
After 23 years we handle product development, design, production and export ourselves. Our BSCI and ISO 9001 certified factory makes 30 million pens a year for buyers in the USA, the EU, Japan and South-east Asia.
We want stationery to be reliable and enjoyable, and for our customers to smile when they use our pens. That is where our name comes from.
